1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website (https://adamapps.in), purchasing our products (such as Smart Cards), downloading our plugins, or engaging our digital services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Digital Services & Projects
For custom mobile app, website development, and branding projects, specific deliverables, timelines, and payment schedules will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or contract. These Terms govern the general engagement unless explicitly overridden by an SOW.
3. Digital Products (Plugins, SaaS & AI)
When you purchase or subscribe to our digital products (including plugins and SaaS dashboards), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software. You may not distribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the products without our explicit written consent. API keys and agentic capabilities provided are subject to fair-use limits.
4. Physical Products (Smart Cards)
Our NFC smart cards are provided "as is" and encode the data you provide via our portal. You are responsible for ensuring the information linked to your card is accurate and does not violate any third-party rights or laws.
5. Payments and Billing
All payments for plugins, smart cards, and initial service milestones are processed securely via our payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our site.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Adam Apps Pvt Ltd and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the website, excluding custom project deliverables handed over to clients upon full payment.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Adam Apps Pvt Ltd, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services, plugins, or physical products.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kerala, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
