Our professional zero-downtime migration is billed transparently by mailbox volume. In the UAE, rates range from AED 65 to AED 95 per mailbox (with an AED 950 starter package for up to 10 mailboxes). In India, rates range from ₹750 to ₹1,500 per mailbox (₹12,000 starter package). This includes complete inbox, sent items, subfolder, calendar, and contacts migration, weekend cutover, and SPF/DKIM/DMARC DNS security hardening.
What is the cost of Microsoft 365 Business Standard and Premium licenses?
We provide official Microsoft CSP licenses: In the UAE, Microsoft 365 Business Standard is AED 750/user/year with Microsoft Teams (or AED 600/user/year without Teams). Microsoft 365 Business Premium is AED 1,100/user/year with Teams (or AED 990/user/year without Teams). In India, Business Standard is ₹16,500/yr (with Teams) and Business Premium is ₹24,500/yr (with Teams).
Why are Microsoft 365 licenses sold with and without Microsoft Teams?
In 2024, Microsoft unbundled Teams from Microsoft 365 suites globally to provide competitive flexibility. If your organization already uses Zoom, Google Meet, or Slack, you can save cost by choosing the "Without Teams" edition. If your team requires integrated video calls, team channels, and webinars, select the "With Teams" edition.
Will our business experience email downtime during the migration?
