Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Physical Products (Smart Cards)

We ship our custom NFC Smart Cards to addresses across India and internationally (including GCC and Europe).

• Processing Time: Custom cards are printed and encoded within 2-3 business days of receiving your order and profile details.
• Domestic Shipping (India): Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days after dispatch.
• International Shipping: Delivery to GCC, US, and European locations typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on customs processing in the destination country.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.

2. Digital Products (Plugins & Software)

Delivery of digital goods (such as WordPress plugins, UI templates, or SaaS access) is instantaneous. Upon successful payment, you will immediately receive an email with your download links, license keys, and instructions for accessing your dashboard.

3. Digital Services (Custom Development)

For custom web design, mobile app development, and AI agent creation, "delivery" is defined by the project milestones agreed upon in your Statement of Work (SOW).

• Design assets and prototypes are delivered digitally via Figma, email, or our client portal.
• Final code is delivered via GitHub repository transfer, ZIP archive, or deployed directly to your server/cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Vercel, VPS).
• Mobile apps are "delivered" via submission to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store on your behalf.
