The Challenge
9 schools, 9 websites, 0 unified brand
Woodlem had grown by acquisition — each school brought its own website, different CMS, different brand voice. Parents researching schools had to bounce between inconsistent experiences. The group had no unified admissions pipeline, no central content hub, and no SEO foundation.
- 9 separate websites on different platforms (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace)
- No unified brand or content voice across the network
- Admissions inquiries scattered across each school
- No central content hub for group thought leadership
- SEO diluted across 9 separate domains
The Solution
A group platform with subdomain architecture
We built a central Woodlem Education platform on WordPress with Rank Math SEO, with each of the 9 schools having its own subdomain (woodlempark.ae, woodlemaps.ae, etc.). The main site acts as the group identity hub with a unified admissions flow that routes to the right school.
- Central WordPress + Rank Math SEO platform with unified brand
- 9 school subdomains each with custom content
- Unified admissions inquiry flow that routes to the right school
- Cross-school content hub for group thought leadership
- Schema.org + LocalBusiness markup for each school location
- Elementor for content team autonomy (no developer for every change)
The Result
Woodlem Education now has a unified digital presence that reflects the quality of the group. The central admissions pipeline has become the primary lead source, replacing the 9 separate inquiry forms with a single, measurable funnel.
