Adam Apps designed and engineered a custom 13-page technical web platform, a production-ready custom WordPress theme ("mechflow-theme") with ACF Pro and custom Gutenberg blocks, and real-time mathematical engineering utilities including an ISO 21940 dynamic rotor balancing tolerance calculator.
The Challenge

Industrial engineering websites in the GCC often suffer from generic stock imagery, sluggish loading speeds, and marketing claims disconnected from real engineering standards. Mechflow needed a high-trust digital platform that proved their actual physical capabilities: a 3-ton ISO G1.0 dynamic balancing rig, real alloy foundry casting, and authorized European partnerships (ANGA Mechanical Seals & insens RED). The Solution

We architected a 13-page engineering web platform grounded in technical rigor and mechanical precision. We designed custom UI components tailored for plant engineers and procurement teams, including an interactive ISO 21940 rotor tolerance estimator that calculates angular velocity and unbalance limits in real-time, synchronizing directly into a turnkey RFQ wizard. On the CMS side, we developed the bespoke "mechflow-theme" from scratch using Tailwind CSS, ACF Pro, and custom Gutenberg blocks without commercial builder overhead.
