1. Services

We provide a variety of services, including website and app development, SaaS solutions, hosting, domain registration, and technical support. Specific deliverables and timelines will be outlined in the agreed-upon project proposal or contract.

2. Scope of Work

  • The scope of work will be clearly defined in the project agreement. Any changes or additions requested during the project may incur additional costs and time extensions.
  • Services excluded from the original agreement may require a separate proposal or contract.

3. Payments

  • Payment terms, including deposit and balance amounts, will be detailed in the project estimate or invoice.
  • All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise.
  • Late payments may result in a delay or suspension of services.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable as per our Refund Policy.
  • No refunds will be issued for completed development work unless we fail to deliver agreed-upon requirements.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the ownership of the website, app, or other deliverables will be transferred to the client.
  • We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must provide all required content, materials, and feedback promptly to avoid project delays.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that any materials provided to us do not infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the project.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
  • Our total liability under any agreement will not exceed the fees paid to us for the service.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
  • In the event of termination, the client will be invoiced for any work completed up to the termination date.

10. Third-Party Services

  • We may use third-party tools or services (e.g., hosting, plugins) to complete your project. We are not liable for any disruptions caused by these services.
  • Clients are responsible for any third-party fees unless otherwise stated.

11. Support and Maintenance

  • Post-development support for bug fixes and issues is provided for one year unless stated otherwise.
  • Maintenance beyond the agreed period or for additional changes may incur additional costs.

12. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

  • Any disputes or claims arising out of or related to our services will be governed by the laws of India.
  • The exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes will be the courts of Kozhikode, Kerala.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or technical issues.

14. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
