Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Adam Apps Pvt Ltd, we aim to provide the best services to our clients. However, we understand that there might be circumstances requiring refunds or cancellations. This policy outlines our approach to handling such situations.


1. Refund Policy

1.1 Development Services (Website and Apps)

  • Refunds will not be issued for completed development work unless we fail to deliver the requirements agreed upon in the initial project scope.
  • If a project is canceled before development begins, a refund may be issued after deducting any costs incurred during the project planning phase.

1.2 SaaS and Subscription Services

  • Refunds will only be provided if the service fails to meet the guarantees explicitly outlined in our agreement.
  • No refunds will be issued for subscription fees once the service is initiated unless it is proven that the service was misrepresented.

1.3 Other Services (e.g., Hosting, Emails)

  • Refunds for hosting, domain registration, or email services will only be considered if we fail to activate or deliver the service as agreed.
  • Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., domain registration) are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Development Projects

  • Clients can cancel a project at any stage. However, any work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced and must be paid.
  • If cancellation occurs after project completion, no refunds will be provided.

2.2 SaaS and Subscription Services

  • Clients can cancel subscriptions at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription period unless otherwise specified.

2.3 Hosting and Domain Services

  • Hosting or domain services may be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription period.

3. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

  • To request a refund or cancel a service, clients must email support@adamapps.in with the following details:
  • Name and contact information
  • Invoice or order number
  • Reason for the refund or cancellation request
  • All refund and cancellation requests will be reviewed within 5–7 business days, and clients will be informed of the decision.

4. Exceptions

  • Refunds or cancellations due to Force Majeure events will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refunds may be denied if the client violates our Terms and Conditions or uses the services for unlawful purposes.
